Michael Ciccarone was born and raised in Florida before attending college in Johnson City, TN, where he resided for 13 years. He initially graduated from Milligan College with his Bachelor of Science in Biology before deciding to enter the field of nursing. Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude from East Tennessee State University's accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in 2017. He began his work as a registered nurse in the cardiac step-down unit in Johnson City, where he gained experience caring for critically ill patients.

As he transitioned out of the hospital and into outpatient urgent care medicine, Michael realized his desire to continue his education and provide a higher level of care for his patients. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he graduated with honors from the Doctor of Nursing Practice program - the highest level of formal nursing education. In 2021, Michael went on to get board certified in Family Nurse Practitioning with the ANCC, and recently obtained his autonomous advanced practice license in the state of Florida, allowing him to practice medicine without the supervision of a physician.

Michael is passionate about providing his patients with the most up-to-date evidence-based care, as well as equipping his patients with the knowledge to make informed medical decisions tailored to their personal health goals.
