COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

Paradise Family Healthcare is open and we offer telehealth visits, which are a preferred method of visits during this COVID-19 crisis. These are usually HIPAA compliant video visits covered by your insurance, allowing us to stay connected through computers, smartphones and tablets while keeping you safe.

Although we attempt to use HIPPA compliant telehealth solutions, we may need to use alternatives, such as Zoom, Google Duo, Facetime, or others that do not guarantee HIPPA level privacy protections.

If you need to be seen in-person at the clinic, we are using the following measures to make your visit as safe as possible:

We decontaminate each room and all equipment between patients.
We ask that you call for check-in from the parking lot.
If needed, we have seats outside for waiting, with 6 feet of separation.
All patients entering our office must wear a mask. If you don't have a mask, we will provide you with one.
Protimes and some injections can be performed in the parking lot.
We want everyone to practice good hygiene during this time. Please wash your hands thoroughly or use hand sanitizer before coming to the office.
